Thank you for supporting my work! By commissioning me or subscribing to my Patreon (or any other membership platform), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before engaging with my work.

Definitions

• Artist – The individual (me) providing creative work.

• Client – Any individual who commissions artwork.

• Commission – A custom artwork created at a Client’s request.

• Subscription – Ongoing access to content via Patreon or similar platforms.

• Digital Goods – Files delivered digitally, such as artwork, sketches, etc.

• Traditional Goods – Physical pieces (e.g., prints or original drawings), if applicable.

• Major Revisions – Substantial changes (e.g., composition, pose, background).

• Minor Revisions – Small adjustments (e.g., color tweaks, small detail edits).

I. COMMISSIONS

A. Work, Process, & Revisions

1. Turnaround Time
   Depending on the complexity of your commission, my queue, and my current ability to work, turnaround time may range from a few hours to several months unless a specific deadline is agreed upon.

2. Process
   After we’ve discussed your request and confirmed your commission:
   

   • I will send you several rough sketches.

   • At this stage, you may request any revisions (major or minor) or cancel the commission.

   • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before I begin work on the final piece.

   • You’ll receive several check-ins throughout the process to confirm direction of the work.

   • One major revision is allowed (free) by the second check-in.

   • 2–5 minor revisions are allowed depending on complexity.

   • Excessive or additional revisions may incur a fee.

   • I reserve the right to waive or charge fees for revisions at my discretion.

   • The finished high-resolution artwork will be delivered to your email after full payment is received.

3. Streaming & Promotion
   I may livestream the creation process or share the artwork on social media/portfolio sites.
   

   • If you would like your commission kept private, please let me know in advance. This may incur an NDA fee.

B. Rights & Image Usage

1. Commercial Use
   

   • If you intend to use the artwork commercially (e.g., on merchandise or for branding), an additional commercial licensing fee will apply.

   • If a third-party buyer wants commercial rights, they must contact me and pay the additional fee. Unauthorized use will result in permanent blacklisting.

2. Artist Rights
   

   • I retain the right to display your commission in my portfolio, on social media, and in promotional material unless we agree otherwise.

3. Prohibited Use
   

   You may not use my work for:
   

   • NFTs or blockchain platforms

   • AI tools or machine learning datasets

   • Resale for profit without a commercial license

   • Any hateful, harmful, or exploitative context

C. Content Restrictions

1. I will NOT accept commissions involving:
   

   • Derogatory, offensive, or hate-fueled content

   • Non-consensual, exploitative, or otherwise unethical themes

2. I reserve the right to decline any project for any reason without providing an explanation.

D. Pricing, Payment, & Refunds

1. Pricing Model
   

   • I operate on a “pay-what-you-feel” model with suggested prices listed on my site. I am open to working within a range of budgets.

   • Once we agree on a price, it is firm and based on:
     

     • Level of detail

     • Number of characters

     • Complexity of backgrounds

     • Desired licensing or usage rights

     • Urgency of the deadline

2. Rush Fees
   

   • Commissions due within 7 days may incur a rush fee.

   • Deadlines under 2 days will incur a higher rush fee, negotiated case-by-case.

3. Payment Terms
   

   • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required after approval of the rough sketch.

   • The final 50% is due upon completion, before delivery of the full-resolution artwork.

4. Refund Policy
   

   • deposits are non refundable

   • I reserve the right to cancel and issue a refund at any point.

   • Extenuating circumstances (illness, equipment failure, emergencies) may affect delivery.

   • If your deadline is missed for reasons unrelated to such circumstances, you may request a refund or I may offer a refund.

   • All refunds will be processed via the original payment platform.

II. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES (e.g., Patreon)

A.

Rewards & Delivery

1. Patreon subscribers receive rewards depending on tier, such as:
   

   • digital goods

   • behind-the-scenes content

   • WIPs, sketchbook pages, project plans

   • Etc, and more

2. Content is delivered monthly unless otherwise noted. Any delays will be communicated in a timely manner.

B. Rights & Usage

1. Patreon rewards are for personal use only.

2. Commercial use, resale, or redistribution is prohibited unless separately licensed.

3. You may share Patreon content on social media with credit as long as it’s unaltered.

C. Subscription Terms & Cancellation

1. Subscriptions are managed via Patreon or other services.

2. No refunds are available for prior billing periods once rewards are delivered.

3. If I am unable to fulfill rewards due to emergency circumstances, I will communicate openly and may pause billing or issue refunds at my discretion.
